CNY Ordering & Delivery Informations

• Our annual CNY Factory outlet sales will commence on 30/01/26 to 16/02/26 (1pm)
• Location: Blk 15 Woodlands Loop #01-15, S738322
• Business hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
• We only accept paynow, no cash payment. Thank you.

• CNY ordering starts on 23/01/26 11:08am onwards to 08/02/26 11pm.
• Minimum order is $98, delivery fee is $15
• Orders above $138, delivery fee is FREE
• For specific-time delivery (Lalamove) the delivery fees will be $25
• Minimum order for self-collection is $50, with no surcharge. Self-collection are only available at Blk 15 Woodlands Loop #01-15 S738322
• A confirmation email would be send to you, please check your address and selected delivery dates. You can send us a message through our website chat function if there are any discrepancies.
• Orders for 16/02/26 CNY EVE only SELF-PICKUP from 9am till 1pm is available.
• Please take note that the weekend (14/02 & 15/02) would be in peak demand as Valentine's Day is on Saturday too. Please pre-planned your order receiving date, one day before your schedule reunion dinner.

• We accept Paynow & Credit cards. Do take note that a 3% transaction fee will be levied on all credit cards transactions.
• No cash on delivery.
• Order cancellation would incur a deduction of 3.1% +$0.50 of the order amount. This amount is charged by payment providers.

Option 1: Standard shipping is between 11am-8pm.

• Free delivery for orders above $138.
• For orders at $98(minimum CNY order), delivery fees is $15

Option 2: Specific-time delivery (Lalamove)

• 2 time-slots are available, 11am to 2pm & 3pm to 6pm.
  This option will incur a $25 delivery fees.

• Please do take note that this weekend would be in peak demand as Valentine's Day is on Saturday too. Please pre-planned your order receiving date, one day before your schedule reunion dinner.
• Do expect your orders to be delivered by 9pm during these 2 days.
• Rest assured, our experienced customer service team will be on standby, we will ensure your orders being delivered.
• For urgent updates, please use our website chat function icon located at the bottom right of the page, we will strive to respond at the shortest time.
• We understand that you are anxious about your orders, our driver's safety are our upmost priority, please allow time for them to fulfill the deliveries.

• Changes made before 07/02/26 will be accepted. Kindly use our chat function to message our Ordering Team during office hours, Mon-Sat 10am to 6pm (PH is closed)
• Do take note, special requests may be subjected to surcharge and delivery time indication under free shipping will not be accepted.

• Order cancellation after 08/02/26 would not be refunded however we can arrange an alternative dates-any addtional delivery charges incurred would be paid by you.
